2. As you ship packages we collect and send necessary data to Shipper’s Advocate servers
3. Shipper’s Advocate servers track and analyze your shipments
4. Every week we submit refund requests on your behalf to the carriers
5. The carrier credits your bill
6. Every week Shipper’s Advocate provides you with customized reports
7. Shipper’s Advocate invoices you for its fee
