How it Works
- You ship packages in your normal manner.
- The carrier invoices you for your packages' transportation and accessorials.
- Shipper's Advocate, acting as your agent, downloads invoices from your carrier and extracts minimum data for tracking and obtaining refunds.
- Shipper's advocate tracks and analyzes your shipment based on the carrier's business rules.
- As appropriate we request refunds of the carrier on your behalf.
- The carrier credits your account. The credits are reflected in your next invoice.
- Monthly we send you a report of activity and areas where further savings might be possible in your shipping processes. We invoice you our minimum fee or an amount based on verified refunds obtained.
