Douglas Carnes, CEO and Founder
Doug worked for UPS for 15 years. His last position was as Corporate Product Manager in charge of UPS' Guaranteed Service Refund Program. Therefore, Shipper’s Advocate is uniquely qualified to understand and take advantage of the carriers’ refund programs for the benefit of your company.
Norman Dawley, CTO.
Norm has been the Chief Technical Officer of Shipper’s advocate since 2001. Prior to that, he was the senior technical principal of Multimedia Resources, LLC, an interactive marketing agency in the early days of the commercialization of the Internet. From 1984 to 1996 he was a senior development manager at Prodigy, an interactive services and Internet pioneer after 17 years in systems engineering and product management at IBM.
